PROMOTING CONCEPTUAL AND LINKED DECISIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL STRATEGIES

  • monitoring the conceptual documents, laws and edicts being prepared, assessing possible risks of the impact of legislative regulations of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MEYS) on equal opportunities, quality, freedom and diversity of education;
  • cooperating when processing and issuing joint remarks and standpoints of the Permanent Conference of Educational Associations (PCEO) towards educational laws, documents and concepts, keeping to the consensual principle when adopting them;
  • cooperating with partner organizations, politicians and experts when enforcing the standpoints and remarks of PCEO.

PROMOTING EDUCATION FOCUSED ON THE COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHILD΄S PERSONALITY

  • promoting and deriving mutual benefits of the educational events offered by individual member organizations and linking tutor and education applicants´networks (joint catalogue of educational offer…);
  • cooperating in the creation of guiding materials and educational plans for the complex development of the child΄s personality and implementing them into further teacher training;
  • monitoring the course of qualitative changes to educational processes and conditions in schools and using the results when dealing with strategic tasks of PCEO.

MEDIATING INFORMATIONAL EXCHANGE BETWEEN THE STATE ADMINISTRATION, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, SCHOOLS, EXPERT PEDAGOGICAL PUBLIC AND THE PCEO MEMBER BASE

  • arranging meetings to exchange experience and views (debate round tables, conferences, working meetings of PCEO members);
  • utilizing the media actively when linking the informational channels of PCEO towards other partners;
  • supporting the creation and effective use of linked informational systems.

REINFORCING THE PART OF NON-PROFIT PEDAGOGIC INITIATIVES IN THE PROMOTING OF POSITIVE CHANGES TO THE CURRICULAR REFORM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

  • making expert team activities (curricular, evaluative, further training of pedagogical workers - FTPV) more effective and thus creating a knowledge base for expert solutions of PCEO΄s strategic tasks;
  • deputing representatives of PCEO to expert positions in MEYS΄ committees and advisory boards;
  • widening the member base of PCEO and accepting new member initiatives with wider member bases and consensual attitudes concerning points 1 and 2 of the PCEO΄s strategy.

INVOLVING NON-PROFIT INITIATIVES INTO IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGIES OF THE CURRICULAR REFORM IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

  • suggesting alternative solutions of partial stages of the curricular reform, presenting them in the media and in meetings with strategic partners and seeking support for their practical utilization;
  • implementing joint projects and solving tasks connected to the implementation of the curricular reform;
  • supporting the self-education of the association΄s members and their shaping for the position of providers of the curricular reform (trainers, evaluators, supervisors, counselors).
